My goal is to transform what is often, and has been for some previous customers, an unpleasant experience into a seamless, high-quality service event. I am committed to ensuring that every customer interaction is marked by professionalism, efficiency, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
My Story
My professional development includes extensive training and certifications, such as the I-Car Platinum, BMW, and MINI Certifications. With over 23 years of dedicated experience in the autobody repair industry, I am proud to be the second of three generations committed to this field. My father spent over 40 years in the industry, and now my son has joined us, continuing the legacy. My career in autobody repair began under challenging circumstances; after the tragic events of 9/11 ended my aviation career, I transitioned to the autobody sector, starting as a parts department assistant. Through perseverance and hard work, I rose through the ranks to become a general manager.
