Manufacturer & Industry Certifications
We specialize in BMW and MINI model repairs, and most other makes and models.
To ensure your vehicle is restored to manufacturer specification, every employee in our Sales & Production departments must complete both I-CAR and Manufacturer training. Training is completed annually so we stay up to date on vehicle trends and repair methods.

Why Choose Certified?
-
OEM certification is training provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturers to repair vehicles the way the engineers that designed and built your vehicle have designated. Quality repair shops must undergo manufacturer training to repair vehicles to OEM specifications. However, it’s an investment, and most shops haven’t made the investment.
-
Most car owners aren’t aware there is a “right way” and a “cheap way” to fix cars. Both methods may sound correct, but only one of them prioritizes your safety.
-
There are no laws requiring shops to follow OEM-repair guidelines; this is an important distinction to make.
-
It’s up to you to choose wisely and select a high-quality repair shop. When it comes to vehicle repair, your life is at stake.

Know Your Rights

Washington State law allows you to take your vehicle to the repair facility of your choice.

To be part of a certified program, a collision repair center must be equipped with industry-leading diagnostic instruments, approved measuring equipment, spray booth systems, hand tools, spot welding apparatus and more. In short, we have always stood for the highest standards in the automotive industry–and we intend to keep it that way.
